OBJECTIVES
I enjoy contributing my talents both to the well-honed teamwork of large film productions and to the tight crews of smaller budget video projects.  And although I thrive on the cooperative efforts of production shoots, I am also able to spend hours upon hours self-directed in the edit studio crafting the post-production of a project from concept to completion.  I manage particularly well under situations of high stress and responsibility where attention to detail is the priority. After working in production for 16 years, I have developed a valuable quiver of varied skills; however, the most crucial knowledge I’ve gained in this time is a deep understanding into the core principles of manifestation.  I strive to apply these lessons learned of how to “get ‘er done” to all my assignments - thus effectively and creatively contributing to the high success of each and every production.

KEY EXPERIENCES
2005 – today      NORTH TO ALASKA
I am drawn to Alaska, like most people, for the adventure and the wilderness.  What I have found is an opportunity to use my skills to capture the incredible beauty and spirit of the place through my work. I’ve seen more of Alaska in these four years with my video production than I could have ever imagined. I am currently spending the summers in Alaska and the winters in Lake Tahoe, however I free and excited to travel anywhere in the world for work.
     
2002 – today    PASSPORT TO ADVENTURE                                    
In the capacity of senior editor and camera operator, I oversee the production for this half hour adventure-travel television series, which airs on PBS nation-wide, for Cinergy Television Productions. In addition to serving as cinematographer and editor for creation the Season 2 and 3 programs, I re-edited the 36 episodes of Season 1.  We are currently working on the programs for Season 4; all of these new episodes will be filmed, edited and aired on PBS in 1080i uncompressed HDCAM High Definition Format.
 
1996 – 2003     TAHOE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
After initiating the formation of this annual community event, which provided a dynamic forum for independent film makers, I served for three years as the vice-president of the board, two years as president of the board and two years as the event’s executive director.  Additionally, I was the active program director for the event’s entire duration. During this tenure, I managed and implemented the festival’s film selection and programming.

1992 - today    FREELANCE FILM AND VIDEO PRODUCTION
I have well-established skills as a non-linear video editor, writer, graphics designer, and a camera operator (HD, HDV, Beta SP and DV formats).  I have served as a producer and director on small video projects; as well as a production coordinator, line producer, assistant director, film loader, camera assistant, craft service, location scout, and audio technician on numerous video and film projects of various budgets. I have spent many years in the Action Sports field working with several renowned producers, athletes and cinematographers. I own a Sony Z1U HDV camera.
